Our classes are all taught by Mr Alex Teng, a former MOE teacher with more than 15 years of teaching experience. He is passionate and competent in teaching both Lower Secondary Science and ‘O’ Level Physics.
CURATED LEARNING RESOURCES
Notes and worksheets are carefully curated, constantly reviewed and closely aligned with the MOE syllabus to enhance concept-based learning and improve academic performance.
SMALL CLASS SIZE
Greater attention to and interaction with individual students for a better learning experience which is in keeping with one of TPC’s main emphases, that is, to motivate students to learn.
ASSESSMENT & INDIVIDUALISED FEEDBACK

ALEX TENG
Tutor & Founder
Alex attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and his Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore.
Alex has more than 15 years of teaching experience in 'O' Level Physics and Lower Secondary Science. Over the years, he has mentored students in Science projects, conducted Applied Learning Programmes (ALP) in Science for the lower secondary level, and has taught students with varying ability levels in various MOE and IP schools. He believes that teaching and learning should be dynamic and fun to engage learners with different learning styles and abilities.
Alex has a strong passion for dance. He is keen to help students relate real-world and artistic experiences to Physics. He hopes to instil values and life skills in his students to help shape creative and responsible individuals while striving for academic excellence.
